Refund policy

For large orders, we require a minimum preparation time of 10 days. A 50% deposit is due at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. Should you need to request a refund, please provide notice at least 3-5 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
